About Tamara

Tamara is a friendly and down-to-earth therapist who is dedicated to promoting an empathic, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. As a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, she has worked extensively with young people and their families in private settings as well as primary and secondary schools across Sydney, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges impacting youth mental health.

Through her work with many adults and families over her career, Tamara has developed a particular interest in supporting individuals through life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship difficulties. She works closely with individuals, tailoring her care for their unique circumstances, to help them achieve meaningful change. Her focus with adults emphasises connection, nuance, and collaboration.

A connected approach

Tamara has a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and a Masters of Science from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from the University of New South Wales.
