About Therapy
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but most people find their nerves settle once we talk. It can be a relief to find a space just for you, where you can be heard and supported through any challenges you’re facing.
Therapy starts with an initial assessment, designed to understand your current challenges within the greater context of your background and current circumstances. Recommendations will then be made about the likely structure, duration and content of therapy services proposed.
